For To Us…Mighty God

There are times I feel so overwhelmed. Life can be that way can’t it? We can feel almost desperate, thinking there is no way out or no one to help us in some situation we are in. The world spins so fast and seemingly so out of control. We feel so powerless.

But there is ONE who can help. One who has the power to rescue. Jesus is our Mighty God. Consider the word mighty – “showing superior power or strength, almighty, all-powerful, unlimited in power and authority.” Jesus is God with unlimited power and authority. And God gave him to us!

Whatever our needs, whatever our desperation, whatever situation we may find ourselves in, Jesus’ unlimited power and authority rules. Nothing is out of the control of our Mighty God. When we trust in our Mighty God, we are trusting in the One who is invincible and cannot be defeated. Out of his love and grace, His power is available to us!
